Legal Associate – Aviation Team (English Speaking)

About the role

We're looking for a Legal Associate to join our growing Aviation Team in Tirana. If you enjoy solving legal challenges, have a keen eye for detail, and want to work on a variety of interesting aviation‑related cases with an international team, we'd love to hear from you.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and review legal documents, contracts, pleadings, and policies related to aviation and other legal matters.
• Support litigation and dispute resolution matters, with a particular focus on aviation claims.
• Carry out legal research and provide practical, well‑structured legal advice.
• Manage case progress and ensure important deadlines are met.
• Work closely with clients, colleagues, and international teams.
• Stay up to date with legal developments, particularly in aviation and consumer rights, and contribute to cross‑border matters.

Required profile

• A Master's degree in Law.
• Excellent English (C1/C2), both written and spoken.
• 1–3 years of experience in a law firm or an in‑house legal team.
• Strong drafting, research, and communication skills.
• The ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
• Experience with litigation, aviation law, or international legal matters is an advantage.
