About the role

We are looking for a Senior Finance professional to join our finance team in a leading construction company. The role involves overseeing the full accounting cycle, ensuring accurate financial reporting and supporting the company’s financial operations.

Key responsibilities

• Register and monitor all accounting documentation, including invoices, cash, and bank transactions.
• Prepare periodic financial reports in line with the Finance Head’s guidelines.
• Maintain inventory records, item cards and reconcile them with the accounting system.
• Ensure the accounting system complies with tax legislation and accounting standards.
• Produce financial statements, balance sheets and handle tax/VAT declarations.
• Coordinate with tax authorities, banks and other external partners.
• Manage cash flow, payments and banking operations.
• Analyse revenues and expenses to support decision‑making.
• Apply company policies, directives and procedures consistently.

Required profile

• University degree in Economics, Finance or Accounting.
• Minimum five years of professional experience, preferably in the construction sector.
• Strong command of English.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Navision or a comparable ERP financial system.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
