Audit Consultant

About the role

Deloitte is seeking an Audit Consultant to join its young, diverse audit team in Albania. You will work alongside industry experts, supporting client‑facing teams in delivering high‑quality audit engagements while gaining hands‑on experience with financial statements, transactions, and internal controls.

Key responsibilities

• Perform selected audit activities as part of financial statement audits.
• Support audit engagements through planning, testing, and reporting phases.
• Process and analyze financial data, accounting records, and financial statements.
• Prepare audit documentation using Deloitte audit software and standardized templates.
• Collaborate with senior team members and managers while participating in continuous learning and coaching programs.
• Develop analytical skills by reviewing client financials, transactions, and internal control processes.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes.
• Build strong relationships with local and international clients.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics or related fields.
• 1–3 years of experience in audit or related fields.
• Master’s degree and/or professional certifications (ACCA, CPA, etc.) are a plus.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Fluent in English.
