Advisory Associate – M&A Transaction Support

About the role

Deloitte Albania is seeking a motivated Advisory Associate to join its Transaction Support practice. You will work on M&A engagements, gaining hands‑on experience throughout the deal lifecycle while developing a solid foundation in financial due diligence.

Key responsibilities

• Support the execution of financial due diligence and other transaction‑related assignments.
• Analyze financial statements to identify trends, risks, and performance drivers.
• Prepare and maintain working files, data packs, and analytical documentation.
• Contribute to client deliverables, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
• Collaborate with senior team members and cross‑service lines as needed.
• Manage multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining high‑quality standards.

Required profile

• Degree in Business, Finance, Economics or a related field with a strong academic record.
• Solid understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work effectively in client‑facing and team environments.
