Senior Finance Analyst – Fast‑Growing Global Business

About the role

The Flex is scaling its flexible‑accommodation platform internationally and needs a Senior Finance Analyst to build and own the financial infrastructure that supports rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and improve day‑to‑day financial reporting and controls, ensuring data accuracy for management.
• Identify manual finance processes, design efficient workflows and partner with engineering to automate them.
• Reconcile payments from Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, direct bookings and other channels.
• Reconcile bank accounts, track accounts payable/receivable and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage statutory filings and corporate compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
• Collaborate with external accountants, tax advisers, auditors and banking partners.
• Build dashboards and reporting systems for real‑time performance visibility.
• Analyse financial performance by property, city, country and business unit.
• Develop and maintain budgets, forecasts and financial models.
• Monitor cash flow, plan capital requirements and identify financial risks.
