About the role
The Personal Banker provides high‑quality service to retail customers, identifying needs, converting them into sales and achieving individual and branch targets.
Key responsibilities
- Develop business with retail customers and manage loan and deposit portfolios to meet branch objectives.
- Proactively attract new clients, cross‑sell bank products and services, and convert referrals into sales.
- Perform operational duties in the bank’s systems, ensure data accuracy, and support ATM replenishment and reconciliation.
- Prepare periodic and ad‑hoc reports and ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.
Required profile
- Strong responsibility and customer‑orientation with excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and support team members.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
