Klaviyo Email Marketing Specialist – Remote EU

About the role

Foxelli is seeking a Klaviyo Email Marketing Specialist to join its remote EU team. You will design, execute, and optimise AI‑enhanced email campaigns for one of its high‑growth D2C e‑commerce brands, gaining exposure to cutting‑edge tools and fast‑moving retail environments.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and launch AI‑driven email campaigns using Klaviyo.
• Set up automated workflows, segmentation strategies, and A/B tests to boost engagement and conversions.
• Collaborate with senior staff to integrate AI tools for copy generation, audience targeting, and performance optimisation.
• Maintain clean email lists and segmentation for precise targeting.
• Track, report, and analyse campaign metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
• Manage the email marketing calendar to align with brand goals and promotional schedules.
• Work with design and content teams to ensure cohesive, on‑brand campaign assets.
• Create and customise email templates and layouts following brand guidelines.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience in email marketing, preferably within e‑commerce or digital marketing.
• Proficiency with Klaviyo’s automation, segmentation, and campaign features.
• Experience using AI tools for marketing tasks such as copywriting, predictive analytics, or personalisation.
• Analytical mindset with a passion for data‑driven decision making.
• Strong written communication and attention to detail.
