Klaviyo Email Marketing Specialist – Remote (EU)

About the role

We are looking for a Klaviyo Email Marketing Specialist to join our remote‑first team and drive AI‑enhanced email campaigns for one of our fast‑growing DTC e‑commerce brands. You will work hands‑on with Klaviyo and cutting‑edge AI tools to create, automate and optimise email flows that boost engagement and conversions.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, build and launch email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo, including automation, segmentation and A/B testing.
• Set up and maintain AI‑driven workflows for copy generation, audience targeting and performance optimisation.
• Manage email lists, ensure list health and precise audience segmentation.
• Track, analyse and report on campaign metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
• Maintain the email marketing calendar and coordinate timing with brand promotions.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to produce cohesive email templates and layouts that follow brand guidelines.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience in email marketing, preferably within e‑commerce or digital marketing.
• Strong analytical mindset and data‑driven decision‑making.
• Excellent written communication with a focus on persuasive, brand‑aligned copy.
• Detail‑oriented, reliable and eager to grow professionally.
