Junior SMS/Email Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Junior SMS/Email Marketing Specialist to support the execution, monitoring, and optimization of direct marketing campaigns across email, SMS, and messaging channels. This early‑career position is ideal for candidates with 1–2 years of digital marketing experience who want to deepen their expertise in CRM, lifecycle marketing, automation, and direct messaging.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, launch, and manage email, SMS, and direct messaging campaigns.
• Create campaign flows, audience segments, message sequences, links, and tracking.
• Coordinate copy, creative assets, audience requirements, approvals, and launch timelines.
• Perform QA checks to ensure targeting, links, tracking, flows, and audience rules work correctly.
• Monitor performance, analyze metrics (delivery, open, click, conversion, opt‑out, revenue) and flag optimization opportunities.
• Support A/B testing of messaging, timing, segmentation, offers, and structure.
• Document campaign setups, results, learnings, and best practices.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of digital marketing experience, preferably with email, SMS, CRM or lifecycle marketing.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset for campaign data.
• Good written communication and copywriting skills for short‑form messages.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and learn new tools quickly.
• Proficient English communication.

Required skills

• Experience with email or SMS marketing platforms such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Braze.
• Familiarity with chatbot and messaging tools like Manychat, Chatfuel, WhatsApp Business, HubSpot.
• Knowledge of Facebook Messenger, Instagram Direct, WhatsApp, and other messaging channels.
• Understanding of A/B testing, UTM tracking, conversion tracking, and campaign reporting.
