About the role

The Implementation Engineer will ensure the correct execution of structural designs for ground‑mounted photovoltaic parks, supervise on‑site teams and verify that all installations meet technical specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Follow and implement the structural project on site for ground‑mounted or tracker‑based PV structures.
• Verify that mounting complies with executive drawings and technical specifications.
• Direct and coordinate construction crews and subcontractors.
• Plan daily/weekly tasks and allocate responsibilities.
• Control positioning, axis, elevation and verticality of support structures.
• Check pile depth and deviations from design.
• Inspect bolt tightening and structural connections.
• Conduct pull‑out and torque tests on piles and structures.
• Report technical issues and document daily progress with photos.
• Ensure safety regulations are respected on the construction site.

Required profile

• Higher education in Construction or Structural Engineering.
• Previous experience in site implementation and supervision, preferably in photovoltaic parks.
• Strong ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
• Organizational and leadership skills for managing field teams.
• Driving licence category B and willingness to stay near the site.
