Road Marking Machine Operator

About the role

The Road Marking Machine Operator works full‑time on site in Tirana, operating specialized equipment to apply thermoplastic, cold plastic, acrylic and other high‑performance road marking systems according to project specifications and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare work sites and load marking materials.
• Set up and calibrate road marking machines.
• Perform basic equipment checks and ensure accurate alignment of markings.
• Document work performed and report any equipment issues.
• Assist with routine maintenance, cleaning of machinery and tools.

Required profile

• Ability to operate and monitor road marking machinery safely and efficiently.
• Experience using hand tools and performing minor equipment adjustments.
• Knowledge of quality‑control practices to ensure durable, compliant markings.
• Strong communication skills for coordination with supervisors and crew.
• Understanding of workplace safety and traffic‑management procedures.
• Previous experience in road construction, marking or industrial machine operation is an advantage.
• Capability to work outdoors in varying weather and perform physically demanding tasks.
• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in machinery or construction is a plus.
