About the role
The company is seeking a Construction Engineer to oversee the execution phase of building projects in Tirana. The role involves ensuring that all technical and legal documentation is valid, coordinating daily work plans, and monitoring subcontractors to guarantee compliance with project specifications.
Key responsibilities
- Review the legality and technical validity of project documentation against approved checklists.
- Assess execution plans, preventive measures, and technical specifications, noting any deficiencies.
- Develop and present daily, weekly, and monthly work schedules for discussion and approval.
- Apply construction methodologies, recommend optimal options, and ensure work follows the graphic schedule.
- Monitor and track the performance of subcontractors, work groups, and individual workers on site.
- Ensure all execution work complies with implementation projects, preventive measures, technical specifications, and standards.
Required profile
- University degree in Construction Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency with basic engineering software and AutoCAD.
- Effective communication skills across all organizational levels.
