International Buyer – Negotiation & Procurement

About the role

The International Buyer will manage product families and supplier portfolios, searching for and selecting products and suppliers aligned with Ozeol’s purchasing strategy. The role focuses on sourcing overstocks, liquidations and unsold goods worldwide while negotiating contracts to meet cost, lead‑time and quality objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and purchase overstocks, liquidations and unsold goods at optimal prices on the international market.
• Negotiate purchasing conditions and prices to secure favorable terms.
• Follow up on orders and ensure all necessary documentation is in place.
• Utilize the company’s internal software and office resources effectively.
• Manage claims and disputes with customers and vendors efficiently.
• Maintain frequent communication with managers and support staff.
• Achieve qualitative and quantitative objectives set by management.

Required profile

• Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
• Fluency in Spanish and French.
• Commercial mindset with a strategic approach to purchasing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for building supplier and internal relationships.
• Effective problem‑solving capabilities for handling claims and disputes.
• Adaptability to a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
