Identity Trust & Fraud Intelligence Expert (AI Community)

About the role

At TELUS Digital you will join a global AI community focused on building a “Shield of Trust” for digital identity. As an Identity Trust & Fraud Intelligence Expert you will train AI models to detect synthetic identities, deep‑fakes and forged documents, ensuring secure KYC processes for millions of users.

Key responsibilities

• Review and annotate high‑resolution scans of passports, visas and licenses to flag microscopic forgery indicators.
• Evaluate liveness test data to help AI distinguish real faces from deepfakes, playback attacks or 3D masks.
• Audit AI‑extracted OCR data (name, DOB, expiry) for accuracy across multiple scripts and document formats.
• Act as a “fraudster” by testing edge‑case and synthetic identities to uncover vulnerabilities in KYC models.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Criminal Justice, Forensic Science or Information Security.
• Native‑level proficiency in your primary language and at least B1 English.
• Exceptional attention to pixel‑level details in digital images.
• Successful completion of a subject‑specific qualification exam and ID verification.
