Head of Marketing / DREJTUES/E MARKETINGU

About the role

Growin Group is looking for a senior marketing leader to shape the vision, strategy and future growth of its marketing function. As Head of Marketing you will steer a multidisciplinary team and drive innovative campaigns for Growin and its clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, organise and develop the marketing team, including Social Media Managers, Content Creators, Designers and Performance Marketers.
• Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies, monthly, quarterly and annual plans.
• Set objectives, KPIs and monitor performance across all channels.
• Oversee social media, branding, digital advertising and content creation.
• Manage Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads and other major advertising platforms.
• Drive website, UX/UI, SEO, landing page, e‑commerce and conversion optimisation initiatives.
• Integrate CRM, marketing automation, AI and other technologies into campaigns.
• Analyse market trends, competition and consumer behaviour to identify new opportunities.
• Conceptualise and launch new services, digital products and AI‑driven solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in marketing, with a proven track record in leading teams.
• Strategic, creative and analytical mindset capable of turning ideas into actionable plans.
• Strong interest in technology, innovation and emerging market trends.
• Proactive attitude, able to propose initiatives without waiting for direction.
• Result‑oriented leadership and decision‑making skills.
