About the role

Finstudio, an accounting and advisory practice supporting Albanian and international businesses, is looking for an Experienced Accountant to join its office in Durrës. The role involves managing client accounting independently, delivering accurate work, and building professional client relationships.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage day‑to‑day accounting for a portfolio of clients.
  • Prepare reconciliations, monthly and year‑end closings, and financial statements.
  • Prepare tax returns and handle VAT, payroll, and related compliance requirements.
  • Communicate with clients and provide practical support on accounting and tax matters.

Required profile

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in an accounting or advisory firm.
  • Solid knowledge of Albanian tax legislation and accounting standards.
  • Proactive, responsible approach with good communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Italian is an advantage.

  • Finance 5 accounting software.
  • Microsoft Excel.
