Branch Manager – Durres

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Branch Manager to lead our Durres location. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the branch’s economic and commercial performance while upholding the bank’s service standards and fostering long‑term customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute all branch activities to achieve financial and income targets.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and promote high‑quality service delivery.
• Develop and implement strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
• Oversee daily operations, including cash handling, transaction processing and risk management.
• Lead, coach and evaluate branch staff to maintain a motivated and productive team.
• Monitor sales performance and drive cross‑selling initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (any field).
• Significant experience in the banking sector.
• Minimum 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role within a bank branch.
• Proven ability to manage staff and work both independently and collaboratively.
• Fluent English; Italian is a plus.

Required skills

• Good PC knowledge.
