Dynamics 365 CRM / Power Platform Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a Dynamics 365 CRM / Power Platform Consultant to join our Tirana‑based development factory. The consultant will work on international projects, delivering functional and technical solutions for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform.

Key responsibilities

• Implement, customize, and integrate Dynamics 365 CRM solutions for sales, customer service, marketing, and field service.
• Configure and customize entities, forms, business rules, and workflows.
• Develop plugins, custom actions, and web resources using JavaScript/TypeScript and C#/.NET.
• Create Power Apps (model‑driven and canvas) and automate processes with Power Automate.
• Work with Dataverse to model data and support solution architecture.
• Assist with integrations to SharePoint, Business Central, and Azure services.
• Collaborate with functional teams and clients to translate requirements into technical designs.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience on Dynamics 365 CRM / Power Platform projects.
• Ability to work independently and handle both functional and technical aspects.
• Fluent English; Italian is a strong plus for client interaction.
• Mid‑level professional comfortable with international, collaborative environments.

• Power Platform – Power Apps (model‑driven & canvas), Power Automate, Dataverse

• PCF (Power Apps Component Framework) knowledge
• Integrations with SharePoint, Business Central, Azure (preferred)
