AI Adoption Manager

About the role

The AI Adoption Manager leads end‑to‑end AI education and adoption programs for enterprise clients, primarily in the financial‑services sector. Embedded within client teams, you will guide each team from initial assessment through hands‑on workshops to daily, self‑sufficient AI use, while measuring business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Assess and prioritize each team’s workflows, identifying real AI use cases and creating a tailored enablement plan.
• Design and deliver workshops (personally or with external trainers) that produce actionable prompts, tools, and skills.
• Maintain a shared library of approved prompts, skills, and templates for reuse.
• Develop internal champions, remove adoption blockers, and keep a steady cadence of support sessions.
• Ensure all activities comply with the client’s data‑governance, acceptable‑use, and responsible‑AI policies.
• Baseline current performance, track adoption metrics, and report ROI, risks, and progress to client sponsors.
• Transition teams to self‑sufficiency, hand off engineering‑grade work, and identify new expansion opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading AI adoption or enablement programs in regulated environments.
• Strong facilitation and change‑management skills, grounded in instructional design and adult learning principles.
• Excellent stakeholder‑management abilities, capable of building trusted relationships with business leaders.
• Ability to work within strict data‑governance, compliance, and responsible‑AI frameworks.
