AI Agentic Developer (Mid‑Level)

About the role

We’re looking for a strong mid‑level AI Agentic Developer with professional experience who can work independently, take ownership and contribute proactively throughout the project lifecycle. The role requires a solid understanding of business and operational processes, the ability to identify and support process improvements and automation opportunities, and hands‑on experience with implementing AI and agentic solutions in real‑world environments.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze business and operational processes to identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
• Design, develop and implement AI‑powered and agentic solutions that address practical business needs.
• Translate functional requirements and process needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Design, develop, test and maintain reliable and scalable software solutions in line with business and technical requirements.
• Build, test and continuously improve applications and services throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional and international teams while independently managing assigned tasks and deliverables.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional experience in software development.
• University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Strong understanding of business and operational processes, with the ability to identify process improvement and automation opportunities and translate them into practical technical solutions.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership and proactively drive project tasks and solutions forward.
• Good English communication skills and ability to collaborate in an international environment.
