About the role

The Deputy Store Manager supports the Store Manager in leading a retail outlet, ensuring sales targets are met and customers receive top‑class service. This role combines team leadership, operational planning and problem‑solving in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, motivate and support the entire store team to achieve set sales goals.
• Organise daily work schedules for yourself and the team.
• Maintain the highest standards of customer service.
• Analyse sales data continuously and report results.
• React effectively to non‑standard situations and challenges.
• Provide direct support to the Store Manager.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Minimum two years of experience managing a team.
• Positive attitude and motivation to tackle daily challenges.
• Proven ability to organise own work and that of a team.
• At least one year of experience in a similar retail supervisory role.
• Capability to work under pressure.
