Associate Customer Onboarding Manager (EMEA)

About the role

Deel is looking for an Associate Customer Onboarding Manager to be the face and voice of the company for its EMEA clients. You will guide new customers through the onboarding journey, ensure a smooth launch of Deel’s payroll and HR platform, and act as a trusted advisor during the early stages of the relationship.

Key responsibilities

• Handle accounts with low to medium onboarding complexity, guiding them through product setup.
• Identify and flag risks that could delay onboarding timelines.
• Serve as the primary knowledge source for customers, building strong relationships to set them up for success.
• Collect product and operational feedback from clients and share it with internal teams.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to deliver timely responses and complete customer requests.
• Lead each onboarding as a project, keeping all internal and external parties informed and aligned.

Required profile

• Minimum 1+ years of relevant, client‑facing experience.
• Background in fast‑growth startups, consulting, investment banking or private equity.
• Calm and collected under pressure, able to celebrate partner successes.
• Understanding of project‑management principles and ability to lead projects to completion.
• Self‑starter with a growth mindset, thriving in fast‑paced environments.
• Strong analytical foundation with ability to manipulate and synthesize data.
• Curious nature and desire to make a measurable impact.
