Workday Delivery Center Team Lead

About the role

Deloitte is building a new Workday team in its Delivery Center in Albania and seeks a people‑focused leader to supervise and develop the newly recruited team. The role blends people leadership with client‑facing delivery across Workday Operate/AMS, Service Management, Project Management, or PMO.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the formal supervisor for the Albania Workday team, handling onboarding, coaching, regular 1:1s and career development.
• Coordinate learning, certifications and mentorship opportunities to foster a supportive, ambitious culture.
• Connect the local team with the wider international Workday practice and contribute to client delivery activities.

Required profile

• At least two years of experience leading, mentoring, coaching or coordinating others.
• Strong empathy, accountability and ability to give constructive feedback.
• Fluent English communication skills and a genuine passion for helping people succeed.

Required skills

• Workday (experience welcome but not required)
• IT Service Management, Managed Services or Application Support
• HR Technology / HRIS, ERP or Enterprise Technology implementations
• IT Project Management, PMO or Digital Transformation experience
