Volunteer Products Manager – Sarandë Branch

About the role

Sigal Insurance Group is seeking a Volunteer Products Manager for its Sarandë branch. The role focuses on promoting and selling a portfolio of insurance products to both existing and new clients, while building strong relationships and networks in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Gain in‑depth knowledge of assigned insurance products and present them effectively to clients.
• Communicate the company’s value proposition and build sales networks.
• Identify and target companies, individuals, and other prospects to generate sales.
• Maintain trust with clients through reliable and proactive service.
• Provide clear, structured explanations to match client needs with product coverage.
• Maintain existing client relationships and develop a database of new prospects.
• Ensure accurate completion of all required insurance documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience with financial or insurance products.
• At least 3 years in a performance‑driven environment.
• Result‑oriented, self‑motivated and able to meet targets.
• Energetic, dynamic, proactive in client communication.
• Organized and structured in operational tasks.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Foreign language skills are a plus.
