Virtual Assistant (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive, tech‑savvy Virtual Assistant to support the editorial and operational teams of BOLD Magazine, an independent digital publication covering fashion, lifestyle, culture and technology. This remote, flexible position offers growth potential for someone passionate about media and fashion.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and update the content calendar
• Coordinate with freelance writers and contributors
• Schedule interviews and follow‑ups
• Upload and format articles in the CMS (WordPress)
• Proofread basic content before publication
• Manage email inbox and organize communications
• Maintain Google Drive/Notion systems
• Prepare meeting notes and summaries
• Track invoices and contributor payments
• Schedule social media posts and assist with captions and hashtags
• Monitor comments, messages and track engagement analytics
• Research potential brand partnerships and assist in outreach emails
• Maintain media contact databases

Required profile

• At least 1 year experience as a Virtual Assistant, Admin Assistant, or similar role
• Excellent written and verbal English
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

• Background in fashion, media, marketing, or digital publishing (bonus)
