UX/UI Designer

About the role

We are seeking a curious and detail‑oriented UX/UI Designer to join our global UX & Design team. You will work on both new product concepts and existing SaaS platforms, shaping intuitive, accessible experiences for web and mobile users.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative research, adapting methods when direct user access is limited.
• Synthesize data into themes, journey maps, personas, and opportunity frameworks.
• Lead end‑to‑end product design, from discovery and wireframes to prototypes and final UI for web and mobile.
• Maintain visual consistency across products and enforce design system standards.
• Balance ideal UX with technical constraints, product strategy, and delivery timelines.
• Present designs and rationale to stakeholders, iterating based on feedback.
• Design for accessibility, applying WCAG AA standards throughout.
• Collaborate with front‑end developers to ensure design intent is preserved.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in design or related field, or equivalent UX certifications.
• 3–5+ years of UX and UI design experience, preferably with SaaS web and mobile applications.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating relevant use cases and design work.
• Ability to work in an Agile environment and familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
• Independent, curious, trustworthy, and quality‑oriented.
• Fluent English; additional European language is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Figma for design and prototyping.
• Experience with Material Design or another design system.
• Solid understanding of accessibility principles (WCAG 2.2 AA).
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
• Basic knowledge of front‑end technologies such as HTML and CSS.
