CRO-Focused Web Designer

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Design full Shopify redesigns focused on conversion.
• Create A/B test variants quickly and cleanly.
• Develop landing pages for paid traffic.
• Translate CRO strategy into clear, usable designs.
• Collaborate closely with CRO specialists, product managers, developers, copywriters, and media buyers.

Required profile

• Strong Figma skills.
• Experience designing for eCommerce stores.
• Understanding of CRO and UX principles.
• Agency experience (required).
• Portfolio that shows conversion‑focused work, not just visuals.
• Speed, attention to quality, and a proactive ownership mindset.
