About the role
We are looking for a Travel Agent to join our team. The role involves assisting customers with travel arrangements, ticketing and reservations, and providing excellent service.
Key responsibilities
- Assist clients in planning and booking travel itineraries.
- Issue tickets and manage reservations across various transportation modes.
- Provide information on travel options, prices, and schedules.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings and payments.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Required profile
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Passion for the travel industry and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in shifts (09:00‑15:00 or 14:00‑20:00).
- Preferably some experience in travel or related sales, but not mandatory.
