Professional Haircare Sales Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a Professional Haircare Sales Consultant to represent a portfolio of international salon brands in Albania. The role is client‑facing, focused on building strong relationships with professional salons, expanding existing accounts and introducing our products to new locations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with professional salons across Tirana and other Albanian cities.
• Identify, acquire and onboard new salon accounts.
• Conduct regular field visits to present product launches, professional solutions and training.
• Track sales opportunities and achieve agreed sales targets.
• Participate in brand trainings, events and educational activities.

Required profile

• Based in Tirana, Albania and able to travel for field visits.
• Confident, communicative and comfortable working directly with clients.
• Sales‑oriented and motivated by results.
• Organised, proactive and able to work independently in the field.
• Interest in the professional beauty and haircare industry; previous sales experience preferred, especially in beauty, haircare or FMCG.
