About the role

ECOTOUR ALBANIA is looking for a Tourism Operator to manage travel packages for French-speaking clients visiting Albania. The role involves coordinating itineraries, reservations and providing on‑site assistance to tour groups.

Key responsibilities

Organise and manage tourism packages for clients from France.
Communicate with French‑speaking partners and customers.
Prepare travel programmes, offers and itineraries.
Track reservations and coordinate with local service providers.
Welcome and assist tour groups during their stay in Albania.

Required profile

Good spoken and written French.
Experience in tourism or customer service (advantage).
Knowledge of Albanian tourist destinations.
Strong communication and organisational abilities.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
