HoReCa Sales Executive

About the role

The HoReCa Sales Executive will work full‑time on‑site in Shkodër, driving new business and nurturing existing client relationships within the hospitality sector. You will act as the main point of contact for hotels, restaurants and cafés, ensuring their needs are met while contributing to the company’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the HoReCa market.
• Manage a portfolio of existing clients, maintaining strong, long‑term relationships.
• Prospect, conduct outreach, and arrange sales meetings and presentations.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and negotiate terms to close deals.
• Track sales activities in the company’s systems, providing regular reports and forecasts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and high customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience in B2B or B2C environments, including prospecting and closing deals.
• Strong relationship‑building and account‑management abilities.
• Effective verbal and written communication, with confident negotiation skills.
• Organizational and time‑management skills to prioritize tasks and meet targets.
• Fluency in Albanian; working knowledge of English or other regional languages is a plus.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with CRM tools for sales tracking and reporting.
• Competence in common office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets).
