Technical Product Manager - AdTech Platform

About the role

Sigma Software is looking for a middle-level to senior Technical Product Manager with strong AdTech expertise and a technical mindset. The customer is a leading AdTech organization building scalable, data-intensive products for campaign management, audience targeting, optimization and measurement. The role drives platform evolution, feature discovery and delivery together with engineering teams, working on APIs, integrations and scalable backend services in an international setting.

Key responsibilities

• Own and drive the product roadmap for assigned AdTech platform domains
• Identify product opportunities and define new platform capabilities aligned with business goals and market trends
• Translate business and operational needs into functional and technical requirements
• Create and maintain product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria and prioritization plans
• Work with engineering and architecture teams to design scalable, maintainable platform solutions
• Lead product discovery, feature definition and prioritization
• Coordinate initiatives across engineering, data, architecture, delivery and business teams
• Define, track and analyze product KPIs; evaluate platform performance and suggest optimization and scalability improvements
• Communicate product vision, priorities and delivery outcomes to stakeholders

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Technical Product Manager, Product Owner or Product Lead
• Proven experience with software development teams on complex technical products
• Mandatory hands-on experience within the AdTech ecosystem
• Strong ownership, analytical thinking and stakeholder management skills
• Upper-intermediate or higher English

Required skills

• Strong technical background: architecture, APIs, integrations, data flows, scalability and platform design
• Creating product requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria
• Defining and interpreting product KPIs
• Plus: large-scale data platforms, distributed systems, analytics/reporting products, API ecosystems, agile methods, multiple product streams
