Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant

About the role

OneTech, a Microsoft solutions provider specialising in ERP implementations and Dynamics 365 Business Central development, is hiring a full-time, on-site Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant in Tirana, Albania. The consultant leads and supports Business Central projects, working closely with clients to implement and optimise the system.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central projects, including requirements gathering, system configuration, solution design, data migration, testing and user training.
• Provide ongoing support after implementation.
• Work closely with clients to understand their business processes and deliver value-driven solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive client satisfaction and meet project timelines.

Required profile

• University degree.
• Experience in consulting and management consulting, with a focus on streamlining organisational processes and implementing tailored solutions.
• Strong analytical skills for problem-solving, data analysis and workflow optimisation.
• Excellent communication skills to engage with clients and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment and deliver results under tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Knowledge of finance concepts and processes, particularly in relation to ERP systems.
• Understanding of ERP implementation methodologies, data migration and business process management.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and relevant certifications are highly desirable.
