Team Lead, Learning and Development (Remote Contract)

About the role

We are looking for a strategic, growth‑oriented Team Lead for Learning and Development to drive the design and delivery of innovative, self‑paced e‑learning experiences for INFUSE Academy. This remote, contract position will lead a small, passionate team and shape the L&D strategy as the company scales.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the L&D roadmap aligned with business objectives and learner needs.
• Design, produce, and iterate high‑impact, story‑driven e‑learning modules, leveraging AI tools and immersive simulators.
• Manage the end‑to‑end development lifecycle, from concept and storyboard to deployment and performance analysis.
• Collaborate with subject‑matter experts, product teams, and marketing to ensure content relevance and brand consistency.
• Mentor and coach L&D team members, fostering a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement.
• Monitor learner engagement metrics and use data to refine learning experiences.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading L&D or instructional design initiatives, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and self‑paced, asynchronous delivery models.
• Excellent storytelling ability and a passion for creating engaging, Netflix‑style learning experiences.
• Demonstrated ability to work remotely, manage cross‑functional stakeholders, and meet deadlines.
