About the role
We are a small but growing congregation seeking a dedicated individual to help launch a children’s church program. This role focuses on creating a welcoming environment for children and supporting outreach to younger families in our densely populated community.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in planning and establishing a children’s ministry from the ground up.
- Develop age‑appropriate activities, lessons, and events for children.
- Coordinate volunteers and resources needed for weekly sessions.
- Collaborate with church leadership to align the program with overall outreach goals.
- Promote a safe, nurturing atmosphere that encourages family participation.
