Tax Advisory Senior Associate

About the role

PwC is seeking a Tax Advisory Senior Associate to join its Tirana tax advisory team. You will work with a diverse portfolio of clients, helping them navigate Albanian and international tax regulations while delivering high‑quality advisory services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage assigned client portfolios and monitor project team effectiveness.
• Develop tax solutions and provide comprehensive advisory services to top‑tier clients.
• Advise on tax due diligence, restructuring, and review projects across various industries.
• Support clients during tax authority audits.
• Identify new business opportunities and assist in marketing new service offerings.
• Conduct technical tax research, prepare proposals, and draft tax memoranda.
• Coach and review work of junior team members.
• Write articles and update internal publications.

Required profile

• Graduate degree in Tax, Finance & Accounting, Economics or Law (Master’s degree a strong asset).
• 3+ years of tax consulting experience, preferably in a consulting or law firm.
• Strong knowledge of Albanian tax legislation and international tax rules.
• Excellent business writing and communication skills in English and Albanian.
• Proficiency with MS Office and a keen interest in technology.
• Analytical, problem‑structuring and leadership abilities.
