About the role

The showroom is looking for a dedicated cashier to manage daily payment processes and invoicing for customers. The role involves handling cash, card and bank‑transfer transactions while ensuring accurate financial records.

Key responsibilities

• Process customer payments in cash, card or bank transfer.
• Issue invoices for sales and perform fiscalisation.
• Verify consistency between orders, invoices and payments.
• Manage daily cash drawer and perform end‑of‑day reconciliation.
• Register and administer pre‑payments and customer payments.
• Open and maintain customer accounts according to company procedures.
• Coordinate with sales team on invoicing and payment status.
• Work with Finance department on documentation, reconciliations and cash‑related issues.
• Make cash payments to suppliers based on approved documents.
• Archive invoices, mandates and cash documentation.
• Report any discrepancies or problems immediately.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a cashier, invoicing clerk or similar role.
• Knowledge of invoicing and fiscalisation procedures.
• Attention to detail, accuracy and strong organisational skills.
• Professional communication and good client interaction.
