About the role

The company is seeking a Specialist in Public Procurement and Legal Matters to support its service operations. The role involves monitoring public tender platforms, preparing documentation, and ensuring compliance with procurement regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor the public procurement platform (app.gov.al) and identify relevant tender opportunities.
• Prepare and submit applications for public tenders, including technical and financial offers.
• Verify tender documentation for compliance with criteria and regulations.
• Draft, negotiate, and administer contracts, letters, and other legal documents.
• Track deadlines and procedural steps through to the completion of each application.
• Coordinate communication with institutions and involved parties.

Required profile

• Higher education in Law, Economics, or Engineering.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in public procurement.
• Strong knowledge of the Albanian public procurement system and the app.gov.al platform.
• Good understanding of public procurement legislation.
• Proficiency in English and excellent attention to detail.
