About the role

We are looking for an Import/Export Specialist to join our team in Tirana. The role involves managing the full lifecycle of international trade operations, ensuring smooth coordination between internal departments and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and monitor all import and export processes.
• Prepare, verify and control import‑export documentation.
• Communicate and coordinate with suppliers and international partners.
• Track orders and oversee transportation procedures.
• Organize and participate in domestic and international trade fairs and professional events.
• Present products and engage with clients and partners during exhibitions.
• Collaborate closely with sales, logistics and finance departments.

Required profile

• Previous experience in import‑export or international trade.
• Excellent command of the English language.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Good organizational and coordination skills.
• Willingness to travel and attend trade fairs.
• High sense of responsibility, accuracy and attention to detail.
