Client Relations Representative

About the role

Roadway Moving is seeking a Client Relations Representative to act as the primary liaison for customers after a sale is completed. Reporting to the Move Coordinator Manager, you will ensure clients understand the moving services scheduled and handle any adjustments throughout the process.

Key responsibilities

• Introduce yourself as the Moving Coordinator to booked clients.
• Review, explain, and obtain signatures on all sales contracts and related documents.
• Serve as the main point of contact from booking until move completion.
• Collaborate with Sales Representatives on service or price changes requested by clients.
• Adjust moving services to meet client needs and confirm details such as addresses, dates, and times.
• Provide certificates of insurance when applicable.
• Conduct move‑day follow‑ups to ensure quality control.
• Perform post‑move follow‑ups to verify a smooth experience and resolve any issues.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience managing logistics for personal moves, travel, or similar events.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in the household goods moving or storage industry.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Comfortable using computers for documentation and communication.
