About the role
IVA Elektronik is looking for a creative and organized Social Media Manager to join its team in Tirana on a part‑time basis. You will be responsible for shaping the brand’s online presence across multiple platforms while working 20 hours per week with a flexible schedule.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, create and schedule content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Write engaging posts in Albanian.
- Produce short‑form photos, videos and Reels.
- Publish content, interact with followers and monitor performance metrics.
Required profile
- Excellent written Albanian communication skills.
- Practical experience with Canva and CapCut.
- Strong creativity, organization and attention to detail.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Knowledge of Meta Ads is a plus.
