Meta Ads Specialist (Full‑time, On‑site)

About the role

The Meta Ads Specialist will work full‑time on‑site in Tirana, planning, creating and managing Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising campaigns that meet client objectives and brand strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create and manage Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising campaigns aligned with client objectives and brand strategies.
• Set up and optimise ad sets, audiences, budgets and monitor performance metrics to improve reach, engagement and conversions.
• Collaborate with creative and account teams to develop ad creatives, test formats and messages, and ensure consistent brand representation.
• Prepare performance reports, provide insights and recommendations, and stay updated on Meta platform changes and best practices.

Required profile

• Strong experience with Meta Ads Manager, including campaign setup, audience targeting, budget management and performance optimisation.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing fundamentals such as paid social strategy, conversion funnels, remarketing and basic SEO/SEM concepts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present campaign results and insights to internal teams and clients.
• Strong organisational and time‑management skills, capable of handling multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
• Experience collaborating in a creative agency or marketing team environment is preferred.
