Social Media Manager

About the role

We are an advertising agency operating in Albania and abroad, looking for a Social Media Manager to join our team in Tirana. The role is full‑time, on‑site, and focuses on creating and executing social media marketing campaigns that strengthen our clients' brand presence.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and manage social media marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Develop engaging social media content aligned with brand guidelines.
• Implement digital marketing strategies and coordinate paid‑ads initiatives.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse metrics and optimise for better results.
• Collaborate with creative and communication teams to ensure consistent messaging.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Languages or a related field.
• Proven experience managing social media profiles and campaigns.
• Strong analytical, creative thinking and written communication abilities.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management skills, able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Team‑player attitude with the capacity to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
