Service Advisor – Premium Automotive Customer Experience

About the role

Porsche Albania is expanding its service centre in Tirana and seeks a Service Advisor to act as the trusted liaison between customers and the workshop. The role focuses on delivering the premium Porsche experience throughout the entire service journey, from appointment scheduling to vehicle hand‑over.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers, assess their service needs and provide clear advice on maintenance, repair, warranty and service options.
• Prepare and present accurate service estimates, work orders and recommendations.
• Coordinate service activities between customers and workshop teams, ensuring timely updates on vehicle status.
• Maintain proactive communication regarding delivery timelines and any additional work required.
• Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and foster long‑term loyalty.

Required profile

• University degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years experience as an Aftersales Advisor, Service Consultant or similar customer‑facing automotive role.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair processes.
• Experience in premium or luxury automotive environments is an advantage.
• Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus.
