International Buyer – Italian Market

About the role

Ozeol is seeking an International Buyer focused on the Italian market to manage product families and supplier portfolios worldwide. You will source overstocks, liquidations and unsold goods, negotiate contracts and ensure orders meet cost, lead‑time and quality targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and purchase surplus inventory on the international market, targeting the best prices.
• Negotiate purchasing conditions and prices with suppliers to secure favorable terms.
• Monitor order progress, maintain documentation and handle claims or disputes efficiently.
• Utilize Ozeol’s internal software and Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, for analysis and reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Commercial, Procurement or a related field.
• Proven experience in international buying, purchasing or supplier negotiation, preferably within similar product categories.
• Fluent English; French is a strong asset.
• Commercial mindset with strong problem‑solving and interpersonal abilities.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
