Senior Salesforce Developer

About the role

We are a CX Transformation company focused on business consulting, technology, data and AI. We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer for our Tirana office to design, build and optimise high‑quality Salesforce solutions for a range of digital transformation projects.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and deploy Apex, Lightning Web Components and Visualforce solutions.
• Analyse and optimise existing code for performance, scalability and maintainability.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using middleware tools such as Talend or Jitterbit.
• Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues and assist end‑users.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation, design specs and deployment procedures.
• Collaborate with developers, administrators and project managers to ensure timely delivery.
• Mentor junior developers and promote knowledge sharing within the team.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on Salesforce development experience.
• At least two Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Platform Developer I).
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
