Systems Engineer – Cybersecurity Solutions

About the role

Fortinet is looking for a dynamic Systems Engineer to help drive the success of its rapidly growing cybersecurity business in Albania. You will work with technically skilled and commercially astute colleagues to solve customer challenges using industry‑leading security solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all technical aspects of the sales cycle, from RFIs through RFPs/RFQs, including project management and participation in POCs.
• Understand and translate customer technical requirements into solutions that outperform competitors.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for customers and partners, collaborating closely with sales colleagues.
• Continuously improve knowledge of Fortinet products, competitive landscape, and threat protection capabilities.
• Present solutions remotely or on‑site using white‑boarding, technical white papers, and detailed plans.
• Maintain accurate technical activity and account information in Salesforce CRM.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a pre‑sales engineering role, managing end‑to‑end technical aspects of deals.
• Strong problem‑solving skills with a track record of influencing key wins.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships and communicate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• High aptitude for security technologies such as encryption, authentication, and network security.

• CISSP accreditation (beneficial)
