Senior Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Developer

About the role

PeopleCert, a global leader in education technology and professional certification, is seeking a Senior Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Developer. You will lead the technical development and evolution of its enterprise ERP platform, combining deep Dynamics 365 expertise with modern Microsoft cloud services.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain custom solutions in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations using X++, extensions, and Microsoft’s extensibility framework.
• Create integrations with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Sitecore, Power Platform, Azure services, reporting platforms, payment providers, and other third‑party systems.
• Build intelligent automation using Power Automate, Azure Functions, AI Builder, Business Events, and Azure AI services.
• Collaborate with solution architects and functional consultants to define scalable enterprise solutions and contribute to long‑term ERP strategy.
• Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce engineering best practices.
• Support Azure DevOps pipelines, automated deployments, environment management, and release processes.
• Produce technical documentation, solution designs, deployment guides, and operational manuals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience developing Microsoft Dynamics AX or Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Proven ability to design and deliver complex ERP solutions in a global, multi‑tenant environment.
