Senior Client Relationship Manager

About the role

Tribal Worldwide Albania is seeking a Senior Client Relationship Manager to lead and grow a key client account. You will act as the main liaison between the client and our multidisciplinary teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest creative standards.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain a trusted relationship with the client, understanding business priorities and managing expectations.
• Translate client briefs into clear, actionable project plans with defined scope, timelines and deliverables.
• Lead cross‑functional projects across strategy, creative, digital, media and production, keeping all stakeholders aligned.
• Prepare estimates, negotiate fees, monitor budgets, profitability and revenue forecasts, and flag financial risks early.
• Coordinate invoicing, follow up on payments and ensure commercial commitments are documented.
• Present ideas, recommendations and progress reports that tie work directly to client objectives.
• Identify growth opportunities to retain and expand the account.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of agency account‑management experience with direct client responsibility.
• Strong commercial acumen: budgeting, pricing, cost control, forecasting and payment follow‑up.
• Proven ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage campaigns across multiple channels.
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
• Native‑level Albanian and professional proficiency in English.
• Proactive, organized and able to perform under pressure.
