Senior AI Agent Developer

About the role

Adsolution is building an end‑to‑end paid‑advertising system that discovers offers, creates landing pages, writes ads, launches campaigns and optimises budgets based on real profit. As a Senior AI Agent Developer you will own the technical build, work directly with the founders and set the architectural direction.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement AI agents that generate complete, multilingual landing pages, including copy, images and legal pages.
• Build a resilient pipeline that transforms an offer into a live campaign, handling long‑running workflows, retries and state persistence.
• Develop automated compliance checks that validate pages against advertising policies before and after launch.
• Create the tracking layer (click redirects, conversion postbacks, offline uploads to Google).
• Architect the central PostgreSQL database storing offers, launches, clicks, conversions and results.
• Implement ROI logic that reads spend, matches it to payouts and decides whether to scale or stop.
• Deliver a real‑time dashboard showing spend, payout and ROI across accounts, campaigns and creatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing multi‑agent systems where each agent has a defined job and hands off work.
• Deep knowledge of AI orchestration, failure handling and when deterministic pipelines are preferable.
• 5+ years building backend systems, preferably in Python, with production‑grade LLM API usage.
• Hands‑on experience with workflow orchestration tools such as Temporal, Airflow or Celery.
• Strong PostgreSQL schema design skills, not just querying.
• Expertise integrating third‑party APIs at scale, including auth, rate‑limiting and retries.
• Solid understanding of advertising platforms, conversion tracking and common pitfalls.
• Fluent English; the team operates in English.
